New Here? Here’s what to expect!

It takes courage to try something new! I combine my background as a dancer with my passion for helping others to create a supportive experience that meets your body where it is. Each stretch is tailored to your unique needs, helping you release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. Whether you’re here to recover, increase mobility, or simply care for your body in a new way, my goal is for you to leave feeling cared for, supported, and renewed.

Your first stretch will last 45 or 60 minutes depending on your booking, and you can choose to have your session in my studio or in the comfort of your home. We’ll begin with a short check-in so I can learn about your needs, goals, areas of tension, and any current or past injuries or surgeries. Each stretch is guided by your comfort and consent, so you’ll never be pushed past what feels safe. Every session provides the opportunity to discover your body’s needs and how it might feel its best. Together, we’ll explore new ways to release, restore, and grow. Quick body intake form and waiver

Session Flow:

  • Quick body intake form and waiver

  • Discussion of pain points, flexibility, movement goals

  • Warm-Up with 5 minute body assessment

  • Personalized stretch session

  • Optional feedback and discussion after the session

How to Prepare

Stretching should feel good! Preparing a calm space and choosing comfortable clothing will help us get the most out of your session.

Wear socks and something comfortable to move in (stretchy clothing)

Clear a quiet space at home with 2–3 feet around the stretch table

I offer music through a portable speaker, though you’re more than welcome to play your own, light candles, or bring anything that helps you feel grounded

Pets are welcome as long as they don’t interrupt the session or cause damage to the stretch table and equipment
